Alleging that the addictiveness of the internet has led to juvenile crime, the government has already banned children from cyber cafes and ordered café managers to enforce time restrictions.

After capping roaming charges last September, the EU is considering doing the same for texting and data roaming. The organization found that exorbitant fees are discouraging mobile usage. Dropping price caps would attract more customers and increase texting and mobile internet usage—perhaps leading to increased mobile ad revenues.
